Welcome Address
Dear Participants,
Welcome to the 3rd International Conference on Cross-Sea Bridges. The conference focuses on two key themes—Intelligent Freeway Traffic Control and Maritime Traffic Control and Collision Avoidance—which will be explored in depth through two parallel sessions. Our goal is to promote academic exchange and cooperation in China and abroad concerning intelligent control and safety assurance for sea-crossing bridges and to share the latest research findings and technological developments.
Sea-crossing bridges are critical transportation hubs connecting different regions, and their safety and efficiency are vital to sustained economic and social development. The conference will concentrate on intelligent traffic-control technologies, new strategies and systems for preventing ship–bridge collisions, and related topics.
We look forward to your active participation and hope the conference will bring new insights and momentum to the safety assurance and intelligent operation of sea-crossing bridges. We look forward to the fruitful outcomes of this academic exchange.
