Dan Zhao is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Maritime and Transportation, Ningbo University, serving as the Chair of the Logistics Department. She is also the Vice President of the Ningbo Logistics Association.
Prof. Zhao’s research focuses on port and shipping logistics, smart ports, and green supply chain management. Her research outputs are closely aligned with the development practices of Zhejiang’s marine economy, providing important theoretical support and decision-making references for the high-quality development of port and shipping logistics.
As the primary contributor (First Completer), she was awarded the 2025 Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Second Prize), the 2023 Zhejiang Provincial Digital Education and Teaching Reform Outstanding Case (First Prize), and other prestigious honors. She has also been recognized with the Ningbo University Wang Kuan-Cheng Education Award and has consistently achieved Grade A teaching performance for five consecutive years.
